KME was selected to participate with a local contractor of custom homes in Las Vegas to help develop some conceptual designs that create a unique home design while incorporating the elements of local architecture. This speculative home was designed with the task of developing a design that would cater to the masses but still incorporating specific design elements that the potential home owner would be attracted to and could be proud to call their own. KME Architects understands the important balance of designing for future or potential buyer while working within the style and of the current owner (in this case the Developer).
